If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible to contact us and ask for our return shipping address at thiagoshoetique@gmail.com.

Customer is responsible for paying for the label and packaging to send the product(s). Items will be accepted with the original receipt, gift receipt and original packaging. The product must be unworn and unused. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
